Karol is a player who can start as a midfielder and also as an attacking midfielder. In fact, during the past U17 World Cup with his national team in a 1-3-5-2 formation, he played in both roles as a midfielder ahead of a defensive midfielder and also as an attacking midfielder behind two forwards. This ability to adapt to various roles on the field is due to his positional dynamics on the pitch. He can be seen "appearing" during the same match, taking advantage of free spaces to receive the ball (even in the right-back area when his team initiates play), rather than being static and waiting for his teammates to find him with much more difficulty.
He has outstanding dribbling ability using both feet and during his dribbles, he moves the ball away from his closest marker. This helps him evade pressure, preventing opponents from stealing the ball during his dribbles, but also helps him succeed in tight spaces, whether through a dribble, combination play, or passing to a teammate with the inside or outside of his foot while keeping the ball close to the sole of his left foot.
In addition to being a "modern player" due to his versatility on the field, he also can create partnerships with different teammates. In the past youth tournament, he was seen making partnerships on the wings with full-backs and centrally with a mobile second forward, the attacking midfielder, or the midfielder opposite his position.

It's worth noting his ability to make penetrating passes that benefit forwards, the attacking midfielder, or full-backs making runs in attack through the central channel when he has possession.
Off the ball, he utilizes his game reading well to attack spaces. Also, he makes good runs into the opposition's area from his position as both a midfielder and an attacking midfielder.

In conclusion, we have a promising young player with refined technique, quick body turns to change the direction of his dribble, good teamwork, excellent game reading, various positive responses, and well-executed decision-making against opponents' challenges. In February of this year, he was signed by the Belgian team KVC Westerlo.
